Refunds and privacy

Refunds

If a file won't open, or you're not happy with what you bought, email yesmidealab.contact@gmail.com within 30 days of buying. We'll refund you in full through Gumroad. You don't need to give a reason.

What you are buying

Each product is a digital download (PDF). Nothing is posted to you. Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don't share the file publicly or resell it.

Payments

Payments are taken by Gumroad, Inc., which runs the checkout and sends your download link. We never see your card details. Gumroad shares your name, email address and country with us so we can help with your order. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

This website

This website does not use cookies, ad trackers or analytics, and does not ask for any personal information. It is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

Your emails to us

If you email us, we use your message only to answer you. We don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask.
